In the fall of 2005 the Medford Rotary Club embarked on the largest service project in the club's history - the renovation of children's section of the Medford Public Library.
The scope of the project included a floor to ceiling renovation of an overcrowded and outdated space. With the help of local designer Angela O'Brien and library director Brian Boutilier, Medford Rotary was able to transform a tired area into a bright, comfortable, and spacious environment. The renovation included new carpet, shelving, arm chairs, paint, lighting, and refinishing of tables and chairs.
The Medford Rotary Club would like to acknowledge the efforts Angela O'Brien who donated her time and talent to make this project a reality. We would also like to recognize Brian Boutilier, Library Director, for his support and input throughout the entire project.
