Each year the Medford Rotary Club awards nine scholarships to deserving students from Medford pursuing further education at a two year or four year college. Four of the scholarships are presented to candidates that exemplify the ideals of Rotary - "service above self" and commitment to the community and fellow man. Five additional scholarships are awarded at random to candidates that meet the graduation requirements for his/her high school and have been accepted to a two year or four year college.

Mark Egitto Service Above Self Scholarship
Awarded to the Medford Senior that personifies the Rotary Motto of “Service above Self”
Joseph Carr Spirit of Life Scholarship
Awarded to the Medford Senior that personifies Joe Carr’s love of life and concern for his fellow man.
Charles Oxnard Citizenship Award
Awarded to the Medford Senior who has demonstrated involvement in community service.
Joseph E. Mahoney Scholarship
Awarded to the Medford Senior who has given something back to their community. This award was named in honor of one of Medford Rotary’s most supportive members, Joe Mahoney.
FIVE RANDOM SCHOLARSHIPS:
Awarded to five Medford Seniors entering a two or four year school beginning in the fall.
