Chuck counting money. Ed and Chuck's last official meeting as treasurer and secretary Chuck Mahoney and Ed Hackett - last official meeting at the head table as Treasurer and Secretary respectively Vincent Frattura received the Perfect Hot Dog Award for saving Joe Crowley's life performing the heimlich maneuver when Crowley was choking on a hot dog during a break at the Mayor's golf tournament. Crowley went on to finish the hot dog and he paid Vinny's fines or a year in gratitude.
