President Steve called the meeting to order at 12:16 p.m. Due to the visit from the District this was a 100% meeting.

Chuck Mahoney hasn’t been at a meeting since 2012! LOL and he went to Florida – so he paid his tax and a little extra!

Media Fine – Bob Kaminer got fined for his photo ad in the Transcript $5

Old Business: Comedy Night – Tom Burke’s great job raised approx $6400 – Alan confirmed it was somewhere around $6400 +- (what a banker) Do we round up or down???

New Business:

Scholarship Dinner is May 16^th at the Elks 6 p.m. Joyce reported that the 5 winners have been chosen and notified.

Dictionary Project – only one school to go – Warren is spearheading it. We have the two student winners of the Kindle. They will be delivered after the last drop off.

Relay for Life – Sat June 1^st at 4 p.m. Anne doesn’t want to be at the track alone! Please register to walk @www.relayforlife.org/medfordma and raise some $$$. If you want a track sign – please bring a check payable to Relay for Life or mail it to Anne as soon as possible. $250 for full sign - $125 for shared sign.

Upcoming dates: Board meeting @ Bob Kaminer’s - May 15^th @ 6 p.m.

Installation – June 15^th @ Tufts - @ 6:30 p.m.

June 20^th regular meeting @ the Medford Royal House – 5 – 7 p.m. ( Joyce is catering!!)
